Booking

·  A minimum five (5) night stay is preferred (unless it fills empty time between other guests' stays).

·  When you send your reservation request via the form below, you will receive a Rental Quotation from me by email.

·  Return the Rental Quotation along with a $250.00 deposit within 14 days. I will reserve your dates and send you a Rental Confirmation as your receipt.

·  The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy

·  If a cancellation is requested 30 or more days prior to your arrival date, all funds collected will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

·  If a cancellation is requested within 30 days but greater than 14 days of your arrival date, a refund will be made of the funds collected less the $250.00 deposit.

·  Inside of 14 days, any funds collected will be forfeited unless an alternate available date can be found.

·  This cancellation policy is in addition to the cancellation policy of my rental agent.
Rates

·  Because you are renting directly from the owner, you will get a low rate that will save you a bundle over the large resort rentals.

·  Complete the form below to receive a quote for your desired stay.

·  The Holiday Rate period extends from Dec. 20th - Jan. 5th.
